Mission:

Create and activate the quality assurance system in all components of the education system in Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering and assist departments with the application of quality assurance standards in all areas and in their academic programs in accordance with national and international standards and in accordance with the overall message, hence, qualifying for accreditation as an educational institution recognized locally and regionally.

 

Strategic Objectives:

• Development of academic programs for undergraduate and graduate programs and research in all departments of the college.

• Develop and implement a system to evaluate students, courses and educational programs as a whole, and the adoption of self-evaluation of the performance of the university as an entry point to internal and external review and the application of quality assurance systems.

• Introduction of a culture of regular self-evaluation and continuous improvement and total quality assurance through the creation of a common language of the concept of quality and spread awareness among the academic, administrative and student college community up to the quality assurance and accreditation.

• Contribution to the environment, meeting the challenges of society and earning the confidence of the community in all the outputs of the education system graduates and research professionals and community services in line with national, regional and international service standards.

• Design and implementation of an appropriate model to evaluate performance so that it integrates all components of the university system and ensure they are in line with national, regional and international standards.

• Full and realistic diagnosis of performance constraints at the college level with a proposal to develop solutions and development plans for improvement in various areas.

• Prepare trained staff and effective academics in the area of ​​performance evaluation, quality assurance and accreditation.

• Cooperation with the units, centers, committees, bodies and organizations of quality assurance on the national and regional level.
